No parking area at the front, and room windows facing the buildings across the street. No privacy unless the shade is down.
The staff were very friendly, rooms are comfortable.

A intimate botique hotel that makes you feel valued and provides a great relaxing stay.
Clean, but I think the only less than great experience was on the last day the maid had forgotten to replace our towels and toilet paper. When we asked the front desk, there was someone there in literal seconds to replace them!
We stayed at The Opus hotel in the beginning of June for a nice 4 day getaway in Vancouver. Immediately we found the staff friendly and hospitable. The girl (unfortunately forget her name) at the front desk let us check in at 10am instead of 3pm as they had a room available and we had all of our luggage on us. There are bikes to rent from the front desk as well, which is a great mode of transportation to get around Vancouver, but what we didn't realize is that you can also request a car from the concierge desk to drop you off somewhere in the city. The concierge, Neil not only found vegan breakfast options for myself but arranged for us to be driven there as well! The room was nice and appeared as the photos show, with heated floors in the bathroom. The toiletries in the bathroom were high quality and just lovely. Enjoyed the location in Yaletown as opposed to Gastown as it was a bit less busy but still walkable to other parts of the city and close to lots of great restaurants and the Sky Train was literally steps across the street. Highly recommend this hotel!

Love it - and I will be back! I have found my second home in Vancouver. Perfect location!
All good.
The most comfortable bed during my entire 4 week business trip around the USA and Canada. The staff are friendly, efficient, very approachable and engaging! Lovely. High quality bathroom amenities.
