The goal of this twenty minute yoga practice is to energize and revitalize the body while giving the mind a break from a busy conference day. Under the guidance of a professional Yoga Instructor, participants will perform a guided sequence that will help improve circulation, release stress and increase the flow of oxygen in the body. Shoulders, neck, back, arms, legs, and ankles are specific areas of the body that will be engaged and stretched throughout the practice. This break is appropriate for all levels and can be done comfortably in street/office clothes.
