In this collaboration between OPUS Vancouver and Autostrada Hospitality, the vibe is come-as-you-are for co-founder and Chef Lucais Syme’s 36-hour-fermented sourdough pizza, topped with locally sourced ingredients and wood-fired to perfection. The simple but note-perfect menu is bolstered by an impressive selection of birra and vino curated by Capo’s other co-founder, restaurateur and sommelier Dustin Dockendorf.
With the new Provincial Health Orders issued on May 25th, 2021, we are thrilled to share CAPO will be re-opening on Tuesday June 8th, 2021 for both in-door and out-door dining.
