A true neighbourhood pizzeria, Capo is a hub for Yaletown locals, Vancouverites, and out-of-towners alike. In this collaboration between OPUS Vancouver and Autostrada Hospitality, the vibe is come-as-you-are for co-founder and Chef Lucais Syme’s 36-hour-fermented sourdough pizza, topped with locally sourced ingredients and wood-fired to perfection. The simple but note-perfect menu is bolstered by an impressive selection of birra and vino curated by Capo’s other co-founder, restaurateur and sommelier Dustin Dockendorf.
